Christian Kastner Family in Thaleischweiler/Fröschen
                                                      Anna Ottila Fuchs

Not much is known about Anna Ottila Fuchs, first wife of Christian and mother of Philip Peter Kastner. Her brother was Theobold Fuchs, but trying to confirm her parents has been difficult.  I believe from the present research that her father may be Johann Adam Fuchs and mother, Christina Helfrich. In the death record for Christian, it shows that Christian died in Adam and Theobold Fuchs home.  The same record shows a signature of Johann Theobold Fuchs, brother-in-law.

The following record was found in the History of Thaleischweiler-Fröschen 750 Years

"Anna Ottilia Kastner:am 23.1.1740 unter dem lagen Fels gestorben",  loosely translated means Anna Ottilia Fuchs died January 23, 1740 under the "long red rock". In communication with the town, it turns out that the "long red rock" is a literal translation and indicates an area of Thaleischweiler. Death records in the Thaleischweiler Parish records indicate that Christian died 27 June 1751 at the home of his brother-in-law from his first marriage, Theobold Fuchs.
